Below is the email I sent to CSA members to describe our first boxes.  A couple corrections/addendums...

Had a great time with these cookies today... they were very chocolately with a whole cup of chocolate chips.  The cinnamon was about right but I only used 1.5 tsp.

Mike followed this recipe fairly closely for the green salsa.  We chose to boil the tomatillos but it would be interesting to try putting them in the oven.  Let us know if you chose that method.
